By Request: Public Bloggage
Aug. 25th, 2009 05:29 pmBy request, and in a continued effort at self-promotion (NOT my favorite part of the writing biz, but undeniably necessary), here are links to my two public blogs.
www.travelswithpain.com
A focused blog about traveling with hidden disabilities. I would absolutely love comments, questions, suggestions for topics and improvements, and guest bloggers for TWP. (I'm looking at you. You know who you are.)
www.eatswritesandleaves.com
A more general blog with thoughts on travel, food, gardening, and writing. Lots of links to news stories that interest me.
Come on by and check 'em out! And please pass the links along to any friends and family who might be interested in the topics I'm writing about. I'd love for these blogs to make it out to my friends' communities.
Especially TWP--it's my new pet project, and definitely my passion. There's virtually no information out there for disabled travelers who aren't in wheelchairs or using walkers. Yet there are millions of us who have "special needs." I want to expand this blog as much as I can, so it can become a real resource for travelers with hidden disabilities.
